Introduction

Agreement Between You and bbokk

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users of bbokk, the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bbokk.bet. The Terms apply to all services offered by bbokk, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, sports betting markets, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available to registered account holders.

By accessing or using any part of the bbokk platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility

Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To open an account with bbokk and use any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis thereafter. Failure to meet any of these criteria may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bbokk enforces a strict minimum age policy and may require identity documents to verify your date of birth as part of the KYC process.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Each individual may register only one personal account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or otherwise restricted from gambling at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• You accept full personal responsibility for all bets, deposits, and account activity made through your account. bbokk will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on bbokk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbokk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard where available. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment method registered to another individual is used to fund your account — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. bbokk reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. bbokk may require identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard KYC measure and is not a reflection on the integrity of the account holder.
• Funds held in your bbokk account do not accrue interest. bbokk is not a banking institution and your account balance is a gaming credit balance, not a savings or deposit account.
• In the event of a suspected error in a transaction — whether in your favour or bbokk's — bbokk reserves the right to void the affected transaction and adjust your balance accordingly. You must notify support immediately if you believe you have received funds or credits in error.

Prohibited Use

Prohibited Activities on bbokk

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbokk platform. Any account found to be engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. bbokk may also report relevant activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to artificially influence game outcomes, generate unfair advantages, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Opening an account or placing bets on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent or intermediary for third-party players in any capacity.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or misconfiguration on the platform that results in credits, payouts, or advantages not intended by bbokk. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing cards or hand information in live table games, or coordinating bets in a way that guarantees a net profit across multiple accounts.

Liability and Amendments

Limitation of Liability and Amendments to These Terms

bbokk provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbokk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bbokk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bbokk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bbokk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, however arising.

bbokk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bbokk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
